 Sessions: How It Works

 I still present one-on-one stop smoking sessions.

Before booking your session, ensure that you are absolutely ready to stop smoking. Do not come unless you are really ready to get rid of the bad habit once and for all. It is really important that it is your decision and that you are ready to do whatever it takes to become a natural-non-smoker.

Session 1: Preparation. During this 60 minute session, we discuss hypnosis and I give you homework for the week ahead to prepare yourself for becoming a natural non-smoker. I train you in hypnosis and give suggestions to help you get ready for the big habit change that lies ahead. We schedule your next session that will take place in seven days’ time.

Session 2: This is the main session and it is 90 minutes in duration. You have to smoke your last cigarette before you come to this session. Take time to say good-bye. Shed a tear, if you must. Make sure it is your last cigarette!  We will discuss what you have learned during the past week and I will show you how to change habits, converting the old, bad habit into healthy, new habits. I will teach you a powerful self-hypnosis technique and then hypnotise you so as to retrain your subconscious mind to believe that you are now a natural non-smoker.

Session 3: The last session takes place three weeks after the main session and is designed to reinforce the previous suggestions, building on your progress and the success you have already achieved.

Follow each and every suggestion made during the sessions with the assurance that you will be supported for a period of three months should you need any more help. If you need them (which I sincerely doubt) I will provide up to three free follow-up sessions in the three months after your last session. Use your self-hypnosis technique daily to help strengthen your resolve. Implement the changes and keep replacing the old habit with new ones until they become automatic. And then: Keep going! Vow never to touch a cigarette again, no matter what happens.
