Freeing yourself from the habit of smoking is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.
Imagine that you are free from smoking. You smell fresh and lovely, you have more energy, you feel better and your body is healthy. And what are you going to do with all the money you will be saving? Yes! Of course you can do it! And it can actually be so easy! Easier than you might think. Let me teach you how to replace the bad smoking habit with new, healthy habits!
How It Works
Step 1: Ensure that you are absolutely ready to stop smoking. Do not come unless you are really ready to get rid of the bad habit once and for all. It is really important that it is your decision and that you are ready to do whatever it takes to become a natural-non-smoker.
Step 2: When you are really ready to make an appointment, click on the BOOK NOW button. It is preferable to make the appointment at least a week or two in advance to give you time to do the preparation work required to become aware of how your habit works.
Step 3: Pay the full fee within 48 hours of making the appointment and send the proof of payment to me. You will then receive confirmation of the session. You will receive links to the online Intake Form and Workbook. You will receive instructions so as to thoroughly prepare you for the session, such as keeping a diary of the smoking habit and other tricks to help you become aware of how the habit works.
Step 4: Smoke your last cigarette before you come to the hypnosis session. Take time to say good-bye. Shed a tear, if you must. Make sure it is your last cigarette! Your session will be around 2 hours in duration. During the session you will learn how to convert the old, bad habit into new, healthy habits. I will teach you a powerful self-hypnosis technique and then hypnotise you so as to retrain your subconscious mind to believe that you are now a natural non-smoker. I will give powerful suggestions to help you change habits and to overcome the smoking habit.
Step 5: Follow each and every suggestion made during the session with the assurance that you will be supported for a period of three months should you need any more help. If you need them (which I sincerely doubt) I will provide up to three free follow-up sessions in the three months after your session. Use your self-hypnosis technique daily to help strengthen your resolve. Implement the changes and keep replacing the old habit with new ones until they become automatic. And then: Keep going! Vow never to touch a cigarette again, no matter what happens.
